The isVector function returns true if the argument {obj}
is a Vector or any Vector subtype such as Bit Vector, Number Vector,
Float Vector, etc. , otherwise, the function returns false.
When to use The isVector function is a Boolean function that determines if an object
is of type Vector.
(isVector obj ) Returns true if the object is a Vector, otherwise false is returned.
