isDictionary

The isDictionary Function returns true if the argument {arg} is a Dictionary;
otherwise, false is returned.
When to use The isDictionary function is used to query an object to see if it is of type
Dictionary. An alternate method would be to use the isType function using the Type
argument as type Dictionary.
(isDictionary arg) Returns true if arg is a Dictionary.
Returns false if arg is not a Dictionary
