The associate funtion returns the first pair in a List {list}
of Pair whose car component matches the object argument {obj}. If no Pair in
the target List has a car component matching the key, then false is returned.
The target must be a List each of whose elements are Pairs. When to use When a Bit Vector has been evolved, using a genetic algorithm, as a genome,
the bitToIntegerVector function is an efficient way to convert the Bit
Vector genome into an Integer Vector for direct use in solving the target problem
(bitToIntegerVector bitVector) (bitToIntegerVector bitVector intVector) Returns an Integer Vector.
