The vectorInnerProduct function returns the inner or dot product
of the two Number Vector arguments x1 and x2.
When to use The vectorInnerProduct function may be used as a kernel for support
vector machine regression (see the svmRegression function).
(vectorInnerProduct x1 x2) The inner or dot product of the two vectors.
