isInexact

The isInexact function returns false if its numeric argument
is an exact Integer with no fraction; otherwise true is returned.
When to use The isInexact function is used to determine whether an object is NOT an exact
Integer with no fraction. The isExact function is used to determine if an
object IS an exact Integer with no fraction .
Returns true if the object is NOT an exact Integer . If the object is an exact
Integer, false is returned.
