The isEven function returns true if its argument that can be expressed
as an Integer with no fraction with losing significance, otherwise false is returned.
When to use The isExact function returns true if its argument is an even Integer with
fraction; otherwise false is returned.
Returns true if the number is an Even Integer, false is returned otherwise
