isCharUppercase

The isCharUppercase function returns true if every character in
the argument {obj} is an uppercase character. Otherwise the isCharUppercase
function returns false.
When to use The isCharUppercase function function is used to query an object to see
if it contains only uppercase characters.
(isCharUppercase obj) If the object contains only uppercase characters, true is returned. Otherwise false is returned.
